She was fair to not only us, the sellers, but to the buyer, as well. The history: The house is over 60 years old and is a Mid Century Modern home designed by our uncle, Ben Hirsch. This neighborhood consists mainly of teardown of these older houses, where the lot is used to build mega mansions. My brother and I did not want this for the house we grew up in, and our parents held so many happy family holidays and celebrations.
