“28/M/Military, I have never had a problem with Eric Davis Group. Despite the other reviews, I've lived in one of their houses for about 2 years now, and service calls have always been timely( less than 48 hours), and documents always came back over email within a few days. Greg is a great manager. Benji, their maintenance contractor, does great work and is very respectable with true country-boy know how on fixing issues with the old houses that Eric Davis Group specializes in. These lessers dont understand that old houses (before 1950) need a fair amount of maintenance and upkeep. I would recommend them to anyone on a budget, and they have always been mindful of delaying my rent date when out on an assignment of lengthy orders. My only quip would be that sometimes there is no one in the office on the weekends and smaller maintenance requests get backlogged.”

“Pat has helped us buy and sell multiple properties and has been exceptional at marketing. He understands the markets the homes are in and how to properly set them up for success. He does a great job of understanding the sellers and buyers wishes and has been great at negotiating to get the best outcomes for everyone. The only thing I think he could add to his arsenal is to do a weekly check in to keep updated on the movement of the property but he does a good job of communicating when there is news/advice to be shared.”
