They close for lunch 30 minutes early so good luck even getting in to get your blood work done.

They didn’t know basic info about the test I was taking, so I had to leave, call my doctor’s office to confirm, learned labcorp didn’t know what they were talking about, and had to completely re-check in and wait another 30 minutes. Then when the person was taking out the needle after my blood draw, they dropped the gauze and blood ran down my arm onto the chair and my pants. Like, what is happening here ?

One of the few lab corps that you can walk in without an appt. Dominique got me right on in! They do close for lunch at 1

As an experienced city person, this was a fantastic experience. I parked a block away, paid $2, walked to the hospital, went to the 14th floor, waited about 3 minutes to be called back, had the blood draw, and was out. No bruising on my arm. Amazing service.
For someone who doesn't like dealing with parking in a city, this place would be a challenge. Parking AT the hospital is an absolute nightmare and it is busier than the airport. Park on the street or walk from the nearest Marta station to make your life easier.

This location is just horrible and would recommend avoiding it.I was turned back on my first visit as I was told I needed to set up an online appointment (there should be a way to make this explicit for all visitors). When I showed up for my appointment time, I had to wait for 2 hours to be seen, only to be told that all their computers have crashed and I need to return another time.Very very inefficient. Please don't waste your time away here

The sign outside says open at 7am. (Emory Midtown Location). The lady came in (Open the doors at 7:42am). Then she was very rude and disrespectful.

Kinda hard to get service done when you have a question at 10:00. It says they open at 7am. But Apparantly nobody can answer the freaking phone. Not a good first impression. Not good at all. I guess questions about your health is a waste of time…

Piss poor attitude and service.

Completely horrible. It’s beyond ridiculous. This office needs new staff and immediate work. It should never take hours for a drug test to be done, nor hours for fingerprinting… simply horrible.

Appointment? What appointment? They don’t care, walk-ins are done quicker.

Simply trash. We showed up for a drug test at around 11:25 AM and we were told to come back after lunch break which is 1:30 pm. Their sign says they go to lunch at 12:30. We all have things to do. These people don’t need to be working if they feel so comfortable denying service like that.

I guess only people with negative experiences will leave a review. Let me balance it out a little bit. I had an appointment around 11:30am on a Wednesday. I was able to get in and out within less than an hour. The black lady at the front desk was nice and efficient. Parking was just next door for $6. Will come back for sure.

This is the worst place I’ve ever been too. I have been sitting here for 1.5 hours waiting for a drug test for pre employment. The woman working the front desk just came out and asked all of us waiting for a drug test why we did not go somewhere else…? My SCHEDULED pre-employment drug test was for this location only. So rude. Terrible customer service and ridiculously long wait time.

Currently standing outside in the hallway although I made this appointment on last week for 7:00am so that I could make it to work on time. Unfortunately the worker this morning locked himself out when he went to get breakfast So someone has to come and unlock the office.. So far 6 people are waiting and his response is “Yes I locked myself out but feel free to go to any other Labcorp that you want to get your labs drawn” with an attitude.. Well clearly we are all at this particular one for a reason.. SMH.. Good customer service does not exist in 2023.. Labcorp Do Better! Please!

The LabCorp medical office offers many types of care services including fingerprinting which I needed to get for a background check requirement. I was a bit nervous about finding the building but was fairly easy after looking up directions. You'll want to park at the visitor parking garage adjacent to Emory, keep in mind there's a valet service and self serve parking entrance. For appointments under 30 minutes it's free but for more than 30 minutes to an hour it's a $4 parking fee. The office is located on the 14th floor. You will see signage after exiting the elevator. The office is tucked away in the corner overlooking the downtown connector. I was able to check in with relative ease. Watch out because the door slams really loud upon entering. It was definitely more efficient and time saving although a bit medium in terms of quality. I was satisfied with the service. The staff was friendly. The fingerprint experience was fine, I had to take multiple scans and it was relatively fast. It's a small office but they offer all types of care including screenings for employment. In terms of way finding, plan to get there early to look for parking. And when you enter the building head towards elevators.
