The product lineup is fine and while I don't mind paying extra for high quality parts that have been thoroughly tested, the website is poorly designed and customer service makes anything beyond a straight purchase extremely difficult.
Everyone I dealt with (for three months!) was friendly but couldn't handle basic tasks and never bothered to follow up. It started with the initial sale - made a purchase and realized one product may not fit so I asked to cancel or modify the order. Three days later I was informed the order had already shipped so they couldn't help. Okay. However the order didn't ship until five days after that message.
The RMA process started smoothly but a refund took from early May to mid June and involved 5 phone calls and about 25 emails. Each time someone promised me it would be looked into and made a different excuse as to why my RMA shipment hadn't been found and then why they couldn't yet issue a refund.
I did finally get my money back but this experience was so incredibly frustrating that it makes you wonder if the quality of the products they sell are really worth all that extra effort if something doesn't go right.
If they did ever improve, I'd buy from them again.
EDIT: Editing review because replies don't seem possible. I would encourage HR to review their email correspondence instead of attempting to debunk the issue.
The shipper had not received the product by the time I was replied to. Perhaps that means it left your facility but hadn't reached the carrier. Fine.
The resulting RMA was not acceptable. You did NOT receive my RMA on 6/6. You received the product on 5/8, and then didn't bother looking for it although I was assured it would have been processed and then assured it would be searched for. Finally after enough back-and-forth a phone call got someone to actually take a look and it was located in 5 minutes.
The refund process endured further delays, not to the original fault of HR but the lack of communication and attempts meant I had to call three times to give my credit card number out for an alternate refund then try Paypal and that information STILL got processed incorrectly from what I conveyed, although I did ultimately get a resolution.
This could have been a learning experience for the whole team, instead you chose to tell the customer they are wrong.

Quality of products are amazing! I upgraded my truck's headlights to LED 3 years ago. The bulbs that the customer service rep suggested for my truck were incredible and lasted a long time.
I did have to replace them recently and the customer service rep (Abby) helped me out a ton with product information and order details. the videos avaialable on their website are incredibly helpful as well!
I'm beyond satisfied with the products and customer service I've received from Headlight Revolution

My experience with Diego has been extremely pleasant! He’s helped me out with warranty issues on 2 separate occasions and was consistently friendly and understanding of the situation. I’d hire this guy if I owned my own company. Thank you for your outstanding customer service!

Purchased GTR led bulbs from headlight revolution
After 20k miles 2 years Most of the l e d bulb started going out , especially my interior lights and my license plate lights These people charge top dollars for these bulbs and do not want to replace it.. I spent a lot of money here just bought a nsv light bar And customer service didn't even want to replace little bulbs for me They are not even expensive however I spent thousands here.... I will be finding another company to go through And take my money We're its appreciated . What's funny as you can find led bulbs at last longer on ebay
Headlight revolution led bulbs go out right at when warranty is over.. And another thing trying to get a hold of customer service as a joke But when they have a sale, they sure will answer right away. But when you have a problem they never get back to you Not a good company to go through Last fit is a little better.

Fantastic service they had a pair of headlight out of stock and they didn’t realize that and they fixed me up with a better pair of headlights for the same price. And thanks to Robert he was a great help through it.

This company is fantastic. I just purchased a set of GTR headlights for my 2023 Toyota 4runner Limited. They were super helpful and patient in explaining the installation process to me. The quality of the lights is very good, and got them very fast. Shop with confidence you won't regret it. I love the way my 4runner looks now I hated the oem headlights with the ugly halogen drl bulbs. This is a fantastic upgrade thanks so much guys.

Listen to all the other reviews on here and Facebook about their awful customer service and take your business elsewhere. I placed a LARGE order with them on 11/11 and 11/12, a Saturday and Sunday (non-business days) so my weekend orders would not have been processed until the next business day, Monday 11/13. One week later, on 11/20, everything I ordered was discounted 20% which would have saved me over $600!!! I called customer service to see if they would be reasonable and honor those discounts on my large order. I was hung up on 3 times before finally getting someone on the 4th attempt. I was told that they would only refund the savings for orders placed within 7 days leading up to the sale beginning. So since my order was placed 8 days before the sale started, they refused to help and/or be reasonable. They told me to place a whole new order at the discounted prices and then pay to have those items shipped back and ask for a refund on my original order. Absolutely awful. I will never be doing business with these guys again and I am planning to return my original orders and taking my business elsewhere. What a joke.*****11/27/2023****In response to the owners comment....You say you "aim to provide fair and reasonable solutions to our customers..." Nothing of the sorts was even remotely done with my concerns when I called in. Your "reasonable solution" was to have a large shipment of items wastefully sent half way across the country to me, only to have me then pay to have those items sent back?!?! That's reasonable??? You also say..."We'd appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further and explore possible solutions." .... I attempted to do this exact thing and was met with no help whatsoever. So yeah....your response to my feedback is quite lackluster.

I had purchased some GTR Lighting LED Switchback lights for my 2019 Ford Flex SEL back in July of 2023 and both bulbs started to randomly malfunction, i reached out to Headlight Revolution and explained what has happening and was asked to provide a video feedback. Thankfully i was able to do that by lowering down my phone camera resolution to 720P with H.265 for the smallest file for gmail and was able to give them the feedback they needed. They were able to confirm that the LED Switchbacks did indeed have a problem and they expedited a new pair of Switchback LED lights at no additional cost and Honored their warranty policy. I am very happy with the service i received. To be fair to GTR Lighting, i have had Switchbacks before and they have lasted me 3 years before they malfunction and need replacing, this was a surprise to me when it happen with 1 of the 2 pairs i purchased. Im just glad Headlight Revolution kept their word and because of that if they ever mess up on me again i will definitely purchase from them again. They get a solid 5 stars from me.

We had a manufacturer defect with the headlights we purchased for our F350. We contacted Headlight Revolution and they immediately took care of the issue. They sent us a paid shipping label to return the defective item as well. The Customer Service representative Christopher was excellent. Great follow up and communication. We are so pleased. Highly recommended!

Great company. Reliable. Knowledgeable. I have owned my Morimoto LED lights for two years now. The left turn signal "failed", or so my RAM 1500 display said so. I contacted Headlight Revolution and Morimoto, and they both replied to me quickly. A new harness was sent out. Everything is all good again. Easy. I didn't have to send anything in. Shipping was flawless. It didn't cost me a thing except for some emails. Thank you for your great customer support
Update 11/1/23: the headlight thing happened again. I called Headlight Revolution and got it taken care of within the warranty period. Simple, fast, professional. Great customer service even many years after purchase
