Fantastic service they had a pair of headlight out of stock and they didn’t realize that and they fixed me up with a better pair of headlights for the same price. And thanks to Robert he was a great help through it.

I was left frustrated until I spoke to the right person. I encountered their support team during a phone interruption and was unable to get through. Once I reached them, I was able to get warranty work in a timely manner. Looking forward to posting a update photo.

Excellent experience with HR! Purchased and installed GTR 2.0 on 2015 Lexus RX. (My review under that product). HR site is FULL of information. I geeked out on Lumens and wavelengths and was sold when I watched the install videos. GREAT EXPERIENCE and so far great product!
