“Dr. Haller is highly intelligent, very knowledgeable in all aspects of being a great internist, he has terrific recommendations if you need a specialist, he has a great bedside manner meaning a terrific personality, he is patient and doesn’t rush you, he is always on time, and just a great all around internist. My only concern is he is so good and well liked, that too many people have found him and now it takes longer to get an appointment. But he’s definitely worth waiting to see.”

“I thought I had a great doctor of 25 years until he retired recently. I changed to Dr Mark Tanner and now I know what a great Doctor really is. He is the closest thing you will get to a Dr Welby in his bedside manner, concern, knowledge. He takes the time with you to figure out what is wrong. He has a little trouble with his staff because they are just learning and you may have to wait a little while in the waiting room, BUT it is all worth it because when you are seeing Dr Tanner in the examing room it is all about you. He is good about calling you back personally instead of a staff member. I glad my old doctor retired as I now have a Doctor who cares”

“I absolutely love Dr. Smith! She is awesome, but recently I’ve had two bad customer service experiences with Kenzie who answers the phone and handles scheduling. Normally Dr. Smith’s staff is excellent, but I am beginning to see a shift and if Dr. Smith doesn’t address it soon, it may be to the detriment of her practice. Also I referred my fiancée and it is difficult to get a physical scheduled as well as getting push back about him making a routine appointment to see Dr. Smith. I am quite surprised because this has been my PCP for over 10 years!”

When blood work has to be done the nurse is quick and efficient here, one of the few who can draw my blood with only one stick. Dr. Bernadin listens to my issues and always provide the appropriate help needed.”
