I ordered / paid for 2 new phones on December 21 2023. I am an existing customer for now. They charged me $66.66. The order was canceled within 1 hour and I have not received my refund as of January 10th 2024. They're thieves. I'll be contacting an attorney.

Since there’s no other way to bring this to your company’s attention. I had a family member that is a manager who purposely suspended my account. This has to be unauthorized usage or something. I have children. I know the name of the manager: Katrice Bacon. I am highly disappointed that this happened and it’s a shame this person represents your company. I need to speak to someone higher up than a manager to have this resolved. My phone bill wasn’t due until 12/22 this year! I had my card ready with auto pay to pay for my service! I have babies for God’s sake.

I’ve never dealt with customer service as bad as this ! They’re so rude will hang up on you every time you call in after they read the notes and realize what it is you’re calling about as if they’re informing each other to do it. I just want out of my contract and they wont let me even though I own my device and the service is poor in my area the device never works. I did not purchase my device or my phone number through this company i simply transferred it and I have been very unsatisfied since day 1. One rep said I have a contract that says I must stay for 6M another rep says Cricket doesn’t have contracts, then he reads the notes and changes his answer and hangs up on me. I never signed a contract with you guys, but This has been an ongoing issue since August. I’m trying my hardest to give Cricket a chance to unlock my phone and make things right, but It seems i’ll have to get legal services involved because this is ridiculous! Like pulling teeth!

Customer service is the worst I’ve seen in my life. No help, will close chats or hang up in your when they can’t figure out the issue. Stay away from cricket ! Go with metro. Better service way better customer support

I hope someone on the board of directors or ceo reads this because the "office of the presidents" provided no resolution. You refused to cancel my auto payment because your store employee locked my account for 30 days. I returned the device and charged it back and attempted to cancel auto pay over the phone and was told I am unable because I can't access the account. I've now filled an FCC complaint and a BBB complaint. I will be sending a demand letter to your corporate office legal department in the coming weeks followed up by a small claims court litigation. Instead of refunding the charge or issuing a check for $88 you will now be spending thousands in legal fees and be investigated by multiple federal agencies.

Here another customer victim of a Cricket Agent mistake. I went to Cricket store for the offer they had of $100 for an iPhone 11 if you switch to Cricket so I switched from Tmobile to Cricket and when I paid my device “l didn’t apply for the offer just because” they didn’t have a Why? I have a babe and my current phone was broken so I really needed the new device so again my wishes and budget I ended paying $532 for such an old phone like iPhone 11.Yesterday I came back to same store and ‘lucky me’ the manager was there. When I asked him why I couldn’t enjoy that offer like anybody else he pulled up and I printed my receipt and he discover that them agent made a mistake and added me to my husband plan instead of create o new account for me as should be for applying for the discount so the agent automatically disqualify me for the offer due to a lack of knowledge about her work.I thanked to the manager for his help and asked him for a refund as is fair due to was a Cricket’s mistake. The manager refused to give me the refund again and again. If someone important in Cricket really read this please know I won’t give up with this claim because I know the reason is on my side. Don’t matter how many time I spend I will fait that refund just because is my right to do it and thank a fair. I promess John Stankey will know about this if I don’t get my fair refund.

I purchased their top plan which was supposed to include a mobile hotspot feature. This feature did not work on my specific cell phone for some unexplained reason. Tried contacting the customer service about it and was told that despite them admitting that they were in the wrong and leaving me unable to use this part of my plan that their company does not issue any sort of refund. They claim it's their policy. I was just looking for $10 back but they wouldn't even consider it. It may only be $10 but it's the principle of the thing that's gauling. Very frustrating. I've forwarded this matter to the Better Business Bureau.

If you are a Cricket customer, prepare to miss a lot of phone calls. Calling my spouse (from a corporate T-Mobile phone I have) almost always with very rare exceptions directs immediately to Voice Mail and NEVER actually attempts to rung the phone. Calling about 5 times eventually rings the phone.

So on the weekend it's you can't call customer service and you get a text telling you to pay a fee or you can't use your phone but you paid your bill early....????!!! Don't frgn pay that free, go all weekend without a phone then borrow a phone and call them otherwise this company won't refund your money that you shouldn't have charged because of a mess up on their end with the automated system. Cricket is b.s. at least worth at&t or Verizon they would've corrected the charges that shouldn't have been there. Definitely switching my family back to at&t. If I could give a zero I would. The customer service person couldn't understand and I couldn't understand him at all. Which irritates both people stop maybe try to have people that could understand better.

Wish I could give no stars!!! Local store in Jesup GA, The rep is normally from the Hinesville store. She was filling in today I have several witnesses that saw her disrespect me by cursing at me cutting me off and getting very loud in front of other customers. I simply asked if she can make a call on the phone to make sure it was working. She got so upset and when I asked her to allow me to speak she stated I could speak when she is done. This rep scolded me as if I was her child. Cricket do better with your reps. I better not ever see her in that store again, she doesn't deserve to rep your company, she is very very nasty nasty. If Cricket does not do something about this rep dropping all the F bombs and calling me bro like we were in the hood, FB, IG and the local news will know about it!! She refused to give me my HBO Max that came with my service!!!

The people at my store are fantastic. Wish I could say the same about their customer service. Cricket has hijacked my phone number for 2 weeks. Still looking into it. Bull. I have missed multiple doctor visits. I'm 75. Screw-up. Release my number.

The service itself is great, but I hate that they charge a $5 convenience fee just to make a payment over the phone, up from $4 just a few months ago. This should be a free service, but now my bill is $70 per month instead of the $65 that I am supposed to pay per the terms of my contract with them. Then they shut your service off if you don’t pay on the day that your next billing cycle rolls around. They are better than Verizon and Comcast, so that’s the only reason I am using them.

I will be reporting this company to bbb. Have a very horrible experience. Try to buy phones online come to find out did not accept my bank. Well that was not the worst part of it. Me and the sales rep had a three-way call the customer care. Customer care did not know what he was doing. Even the sales rep said so. He may be losing over a hundred something dollars for paying for service. He's at all you have to go to the store and pick up the phones now. Went to a Cricket store and they told me you cannot do it like that. They told me they have this trouble all the time with customer care and our stores. That is what they told me. So now I have service with y'all and no phones whatsoever and over a hundred dollars in the hole. This is not some made-up lie all calls recorded and I have his employee ID number. Total sales rep told me to get it from him because he does not know what he was talking about he was correct. The whole point was i couldn't afford activation fees. The store won't allow you to take home the phone activated yourself. That's why I have service and no phones whatsoever. Need to have better communication between customer care and stores.

Terrible customer service. My phone has been on SOS with no service. Went to two different stores that charged me $10 each time for a new SIM card but nothings worked. I went online to buy a phone but there was an error, but I’ve still been chargers another $25. Stole my money and nobody’s helped me.
