They are excellent with customer service and took the time to help me choose the right combination for long-term use. My friend is super happy with the system they built. “My iPhone 13 Pro Max screen had a little water damage and stop responding. I called maybe 20 places that fix phones and a lot of the prices started at $260 , the highest was $339. I called phone max , didn’t get an answer but they texted me and told me a price which included a free screen protector and a 90 warranty. I pulled up , he Fixed my phone in under 30 mins and it came with a free phone case . Saved so much money going with phone max”
“This store has been here for ever and I’m happy for that. It’s changed a lot of the years. I remember when it had a CD and DVD section. Lol. Now it has a huge electronic section for cellphones and what not.
I came in this day to buy a printer. I was greeted by one person about half way into the store and wasn’t greeted by anyone else until I checked out.
I knew exactly which printer I wanted so I found it easily, mounted it onto my cart and proceeded to the checkout.
The lady at the counter was nice enough. She offered they’re usual protection, which I declined. Then, the same guy that greeted came over to explain the options in detail. (He may have been management at this point). I still declined, but I was much clearer on the different options. Lol.
Overall, this location is on brand. Clean, organized, good supply of the things I was looking for in this day. Finding help can be challenging at times.”
“Office Depot, your customers love you. I have been a customer for many years. 90% of my office supplies were purchased at Office Depot. I've recently promoted your services to my new employer. Products that I've punched through you, I demonstrated at work in attempt to show my Employer how well your products are able to meet our needs. Now what do we do if you decide to close the store location that I frequent? If it were not for the fact that I am still unpacking from a recent move, I would upload photos of most of my Office Depot products. I am not allowed to take photos at work. Otherwise, there are a few items that you offer to your customers that makes my job at work so much more easier. Thank you Office Depot.”
