Really bad costumer service they are rude and rasist people, Also the cash machine always broke and it’s a really nasty place not clean at all ????

Same situation happened to me as the person who wrote the review before me. I had a meeting today at 4 pm with Brian Atkins and he wasn’t there. The worker at the bank then told me that Brian tried to reach me but I didn’t receive a call or email. Looks like I wasn’t the only person who wasn’t contacted. Very unprofessional.

Am visiting America for a few weeks and they refused to help me with a foreign currency exchange because i am not a chase member. The exchange place at the airport was closed so I didn't really have any options
