I Had an Appointment and when i get there one of the employee told me the person who was scheduled (The Manager ) his name is Bryan Atkins called you! really??? Big lie No bofy called me to re schedule! This is Non Professional! to reschedule you got to call and email your customer ahead of time! Not on the scheduled time! Time is Money! Hello Chase Bank! Hire professional Employees! This is totally Inappropriate and Unacceptable Customer Service !

Same situation happened to me as the person who wrote the review before me. I had a meeting today at 4 pm with Brian Atkins and he wasn’t there. The worker at the bank then told me that Brian tried to reach me but I didn’t receive a call or email. Looks like I wasn’t the only person who wasn’t contacted. Very unprofessional.

Am visiting America for a few weeks and they refused to help me with a foreign currency exchange because i am not a chase member. The exchange place at the airport was closed so I didn't really have any options

I had the best customer service at this COVID friendly location, yesterday. Ms. T. Alexander is professional, knowledgeable, and FUNNY. I left there feeling much better than when I arrive. My transaction was done in a timely manner. Simply awesome!!!

The banker Arpin was very friendly and efficient. She helped me with my account and took her time to find a resolution effectively. She delivered an excellent service. Very helpful person at this location.

Ashley, in the front right side when you walk in, was hostile from the get go. I was just trying to get added to an account and she immediately had a million reasons why I couldn’t.

I waited one hour for the banker until near closing when I was approached by a person telling me to return tomorrow. I asked, "why"? She stated they must leave at 5. I wonder why they didn't anticipate this before I wasted time.

I normally dread coming into Chase but Ashley Castaneda made sure I had a wonderful experience. She has a beautiful personality & she addressed all my concerns and made sure she was able to get me in and out.

The worest customer service ever in Clairmont road Chase bank(next to Kroger)! I went this morning to open up new account and to get direct deposit from my work. She asked me two form of ID. I gave her my green card and Georgia driving license. Again she asked me are you sitzenship for US? No! Then she said you need to have passport! I told her that Recently I have two credit card in chase which is $8,500.00 credit limit And you guys have my all information. Again she asked me my social security card, fortunately it was in my wallet and I gave her.
