they don't need new clients. Now is 10:50am and they told it's lunch time and i need to come back at 1:30pm

Area feels a bit unsafe. Even using the atm just outside the lobby is a bit sketch due to the homeless loitering right outside.

If you need cash or to use the atm for any reason early in the morning you’re out of luck. The drive thru ATM is NEVER in service, and even with your card, any debit or credit card Chase or otherwise, you can’t get access to the lobby atm. Tried to go on the way to the airport for an early flight to no avail.
