“Well, I've been an Enterprise customer for many years and to be honest, I had not been back due to prices and just not feeling I was being treated as before. Yesterday that all changed. Topher Marshall really took care of us! We arrived a few minutes before closing around 1:45 when the close at 2:00. He took care of several customers way after 2:00 and was the most helpful of service representatives I've had in years! “With a reservation this was a super quick and easy transaction. You lose a star because you charge crazy fees if one is not careful. I did not have to pay any fees, only because I asked about your fees and why I'd be charged fees, making my reservation around my schedule and your fees.”

Despite me having self created issues (I locked the keys in the trunk) they worked with me multiple times to get me in a vehicle I would be comfortable driving and in swapping me to a new car quickly despite being such a small branch.
