“The whole process to rent and return the u-haul truck was very smooth. The truck was clean. I was told the process upfront. They accept cash or card! The truck was clean. The renting process was quick and easy. The return process was quick and easy. no hassle. the guy was very friendly and professional. I went to several other u-haul places and they were rude and unprofessional. this place was great! There was no waiting and I rented a 15' truck. this is the place to rent a u-haul if you need one. they have a big parking lot so no worry about parking your car which was an issue at the Piedmont location. Overall I had a great experience.”
