Purchased a 25d seamer from a local brewery. Had a few adjusting issues, contacted Dixie and they set up a video call with their tech guy. All problems solved, seamer is a work horse. Great customer service. About to purchase another one.

Tried calling about a customer service related issue. Some dude answered the phone extremely rude. Wouldn't give me his name as I asked just trying to be friendly as anyone does in a normal conversation. could have looked past this if the conversation was more than just "sorry cant help you *click*" Hire better staff!
