“The Team at America’s Service Station on Old Milton is the absolute best! My car would not start so I had it towed to them. They discovered that my battery was dead and recharged it for me. They were so kind and the service was excellent. They even helped me out with my insurance and I found out I was covered for tows, so I didn’t even have to pay out of pocket for that! Have been going to them for the last 3 years since relocating to GA from the West Coast and won’t go anywhere else! All in all I couldn’t be more thankful and impressed!”

“I had a screw in my tire. I went to the chain tire store across the street from 9 north and was told my tires (which had 16k miles) didn’t have enough tread to patch and that it was dangerous for me to keep driving on them. The person showed me some little tool she used and said all 4 tires needed replacing. I was skeptical and went across the street to 9 North. I went in assuming I needed 4 tires and told the man at the desk that I needed a price. He went out to get the size and said my tires looked almost new, and patched the hole with no problem. I’ll definitely be giving them my business from now on. Very nice, very fast, and much more honest than their competitors.”

Even the tire technician, who was clearly on his lunch break carrying a fast food bag, took the time to greet me outside the shop and ask how he could help. It’s nice to see such dedication to customer service!

“I am so glad Rocco opened a garage in Alpharetta! I drive German cars, so I’ve been waiting for them to come around for a while. I had the best experiences since I started going there. I initially went to have my brakes done, I was told by another well-known garage that I was due for new brakes which I found a little bit weird since I didn’t drive that car too much anyway from last time the brakes were done. I called Rocco to get an estimate for the brakes. I got the most reasonable quote from Rocco than the other European garages in the area, so I decided I would have them do the brakes and dropped my SUV. I was in doubt that I needed brakes, but I am not a mechanic I assumed that the mechanics from where I get my oil changed knew best. Well instead of pocketing the money, I was told after I dropped my car at Rocco that I didn’t need brakes. I was so thrilled to know that those guys were so honest and didn’t take avantage of a woman. The customer service is top notch! I ended having other work done and I am so happy with the results. I plan on having them do other recommended maintenance work for my cars. I highly recommend Rocco. They are cheaper than other European garages out there… and everyone is so nice at this location it might be the best decision you’ve made for your car and your wallet. Give them a try well worth it!”

“I've been coming to this particular Jiffy Lube for about nine years with two different vehicles within that time. I trust the service people here with my oil changes and other needs because they tell me exactly what needs to be done without adding items to puff their wallets. In addition to the excellent oil changes and engine maintenance, the lovely people who clean the interior of my car after the car wash are EXCELLENT. I never spend the entire day here; the service is efficient and completed as quickly as possible without sacrificing the quality.”

The front desk manager (forgot his name, but his photo is on the wall) helped me understand all about tires and when I needed to change. He said alignment was not required now, instead of pushing me to spend extra.

“Took my Toyota 86 as the tire air pressure on the right rear tire had some issue. They did check air pressure for all 4 tires and tested the right rear tire for any bubbles. Technician found that it’s the stem value causing the problem. They just fixed the stem valve and didn’t charge me at all. Highly recommend. Thanks”
