The woman that we met first was very kind and welcoming; the mattresses are SO high quality and definitely inexpensive (a local, customizable opinion, too).

Louis who manages this store is the best! We were having issues with our Sleep # bed. No hard sell from Louis. He listened, helped us come up with a solution, and arranged for the delivery in two days. Plus the delivery was so professional. You can try to find better service but these days I don't think it's possible!
