He listened, helped us come up with a solution, and arranged for the delivery in two days. Plus the delivery was so professional. You can try to find better service but these days I don't think it's possible!”

She stayed on top of the problem and kept us posted on the progress until we received. Fortunately we were under warranty because it happened 2 more times and Melanie was there for us each time.
