“Very professional and quick loan process. Brookwood employees treat you as an individual instead of a credit score. Out of all my loan companies, they are my favorite. Try calling the number provided and waited more then 30 mins for someone to pick up but no response. So decided to go to this branch to see what's up. After some time of info and waiting, the Banker Sarah was excellent when providing the help. Paid attention to the issue, make sure I understood everything and pretty much outgoing. Couldn't be more relieved and glad for the service.”

My daughter was going to be leaving to teach school in Uganda and he was so helpful in making sure she knew the most economical way to use her debit and credit card while there. Then 2 days ago she found out that money had been withdrawn from her account illegally. I called Zach and was happy that he remembered us, I mean he helps lots of people everyday, I was impressed! He steered us in the right direction and the issue was quickly resolved.
