“Although there was a wait because the person at the walk-up counter is also doing phone support, they ultimately were able to multitask and get me out of there in just a couple minutes. It was actually significantly easier than I expected. Another customer was there for an appointment and the other customer service person was asking if they needed water, coffee, anything else. Customer service seemed excellent. It was my first time visiting this specific branch, and I usually dread going to a bank or a financial office; however I won't hesitate in the future to go back whenever I need to. It was very friendly, fast and efficient, which is exactly what you'd hope for!”
