“The 5 stars pertains specifically to the maintenance service provided by Norman W, who assisted when my air conditioning was broken for 5 days straight in late May/early June. (Emblem prop mgmt gets zero stars for not addressing the problem sooner.) I ran into Norman in the hall on my way to the leasing office to get a status on the repair issue. He offered to come up right then to have a look, and had my AC running again in just a few minutes. He then went the extra mile and came back at 3:00 that same day (with his colleague Van) to ask if the AC was still working! I was impressed! I said yes but that it never turned off, and he offered to check the coolant. No problems since (fingers crossed) and the system is functioning as it should. Thank you Norman! Emblem Alpharetta is lucky to have you on their team.”
“Lovely complex that is nestled among large trees. Conveniently located near grocery, restaurants and bars. Easy access to GA 400. Very quick response from maintenance team members when needed. Fantastic gym!”
“We are probably one of the longest renting tenants at Haven at Avalon. We’ve been here 8years. Obviously we like the apartment and community or we would not still be here. The amenities are great and the staff is responsive to most things, except the noise. We face the green (Regal Theater). The noise of children screaming and running around after 10pm is amazing. We’ve called several times and have written a formal email to management requesting someone be stationed at the green at 10pm to let the families know that the “park” is closed. The website states that “no children under 21 are allowed to be on the green after 10pm.” This is not enforced. The signs down on the green say “no running, no yelling” at any time on the green. This is not enforced. It seems that the people that are contributing the most to Avalon - through rent - should be the people that management would like to keep happy.”
“I lived here for about 11 years in the same apartment and I really enjoyed this community and surrounding areas. I had a wonderful time in this community in Alpharetta. Maintenance staff done a great job to keep this community up and running. New property manager also made good improvements in the community.
I would recommend this place to everyone if apartment has renovated with new appliances.”

I like this community very much ,especially the service team is too good .
They provide quick response to ur tickets and proper solution to every issue raised .
Jacob and Lisa at the front office are very responsive and alert .
The trash service is good and regular ,
The cleaning is too good .
Swimming pool, tennis court , gym ,Starbucks are all facilities we enjoy here .
Only issue is small children’s park and some more machines could be added to gym.
We would also appreciate if society appoints some trainer (we can pay extra )for swim and gym . So that we may learn and grow within community .”

“I would like to Thank Service Team who are very proactive in nature. They come and resolve our home problems quickly. I would like to Thank Leasing office in this regard also who helped in bringing suitable maintenance staff to resolve balcony door issue, floor carpet issue. I would like to Thank a lot Ameen a Service team member who personally helped to bring heavy package from Mailing room to our home. With my one request he came to Mailing room he with me took the big parcel on to his vehicle and brought till my home it was very helpful to me. Thank you so much Ameen.
