“The 5 stars pertains specifically to the maintenance service provided by Norman W, who assisted when my air conditioning was broken for 5 days straight in late May/early June. (Emblem prop mgmt gets zero stars for not addressing the problem sooner.) I ran into Norman in the hall on my way to the leasing office to get a status on the repair issue. He offered to come up right then to have a look, and had my AC running again in just a few minutes. He then went the extra mile and came back at 3:00 that same day (with his colleague Van) to ask if the AC was still working! I was impressed! I said yes but that it never turned off, and he offered to check the coolant. No problems since (fingers crossed) and the system is functioning as it should. Thank you Norman! Emblem Alpharetta is lucky to have you on their team.”
“Lovely complex that is nestled among large trees. Conveniently located near grocery, restaurants and bars. Easy access to GA 400. Very quick response from maintenance team members when needed. Fantastic gym!”
“The Collingwood Ln Apartment complex is located in an excellent area of the City, and it also has clean and quiet recreational spaces, which allows us to live in a safe place for our children. It has a highly professional administrative staff willing to attend to our needs in the best possible time, and most importantly, they are respectful. I thank God for having the opportunity to be in this place with my family, likewise, I would like to thank in particular Miss Andrea Brito for her excellence as a person and professional, to attend to and resolve our concerns and requirements at the time we need them. , as well as the maintenance staff among them, Mr Rigo, Raúl and the other gentlemen, thank you all. I would definitely recommend Collingwood Ln as the best home to live in.”

“Edited to update. The leasing office and their management have done a phenomenal job in getting everything fixed and in working order. More so, their staff is kind and polite. I asked them about the recent changed timings for access to amenities, and their explanation sounded logical and reasonable. The only reason I’ve left out one star is the persistent problem of roaches. But I have hope. Will certainly recommend this place to those searching.
Pathetic!! Our lease started 15 days ago. The apartment we’ve been given is infested with roaches and the leasing office is doing nothing despite several requests from us. The interior doors are ripping apart at the seams. The wooden cabinetry is broken. The leasing office does nothing to repair any issues. Do NOT lease here!!”

“Quick and fast service! My garage door spring broke, which trapped my car in my garage. Within an hour of submitting a service request I had contact from the leasing office and they had the garage door vendor come out on a Saturday morning to fix the door.”
