If I could give ZERO, I would. Maybe even negative 2. Two hours, in store, to be informed that they were unable to complete my request. This error wasn't of my fault, but undertrained employees. Avoid at all costs, unless you have 3 days to deal with them. Went to the other Verizon near me and the lady just sat there and said, "oh honey, i can't help you". Back to AT&T, where everyone belongs.

They don't put prices on their phones that's on display and one associate refused to let me look at one of the phones in the boxes in order for me to make an informed decision.

Today I witnessed the saddest thing ever at the Verizon on Westover in Albany, Georgia. A lady in her 70's walked in to ask about a phone charger...the employee told her $40. She said that she couldn't afford it and started to walk out. The employee said back to her rudely, "Well let's hope your phone doesn't burn up then..." This made the lady turn around and ask about what he said. He then convinced her that she must spend $40 on Verizon's charger or her's would burn up. Wow. I told the customer service rep named Chris about it and he wanted to argue with me that that's what Verizon trains their people to say. Where is chivalry? I did confirm that the employee would have received commission on the sale of the $40 charger. Sad to think this man would rather have a few dollars in commission instead of do the right thing. Needless to say, I walked out and went to a different cell phone company to buy my mother a new phone. We won't ever do business with shady Verizon. I am also moving our business contracts (with 11 devices) over to another cell phone provider.

Khyla was so greedy ready to get some more customer. She had me on the wrong plan and my bill was 250$. She didn’t explain throughly I had to go to another Verizon to set up my watch. DO BETTER !!! Th k God for customers service fixing all her errors !!

Went in and was greeted and checked in by an employee(short white skin male) and informed him on what I needed. The employee let me know he would go check and that I was next. As others came in and checked in the employee seemed to begin assisting a customer (male w/white skin tone). The employee went on to go to the back and bring out items that the customer apparently was interested in. I then went to ask him did he find my items and he acted as if he couldn’t remember what device I needed help with and asked a brown skin employee questions about my questions. I don’t know if it was a racial thing BUT the customer he was assisting came in AFTER a brown skin tone lady who came in behind me. I then proceeded to leave because if you aren’t going to give proper customer service I will NOT spend my money there.

I was having issues with my phone. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra mobile hotspot issue. The man at the store took a look at my phone and then we called the service number. He went through every step. Even when I thought it was time to give up, he kept going and they finally found the solution! I was so happy! I was very appreciative of the service they provided. Thank you!
