HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Between 2 days I was in the store for a total of 7 hrs. The manager messed up my order and I still didn't get the issue resolved. At the end of the day they wanted me to pay $91 more dollars. When my contract is up I'm done with Verizon.....
Only two representatives in the store. They barely acknowledged customers as they were waiting. I couldn't get any service or help at all
I had a phone that just went dead screen so drove to the version store in hope to have it working again the person behind the counter was very helpful but had no luck with it . So she put a order for a new phone . I just want to say that I was very impressed by her service.
