I absolutely love this Pharmacy. I never have to wait too long and they always remember who I am. It is a very pleasant experience Everyone is welcoming With lots of smiles.I am not good with names, but the girl that works upfront ,most of the time in the evenings, is awesome !!

Fix your damn scan and go. Had not worked the last three times I have been here. Works at every other location I go to in Dothan, Tallahassee, West Palm Beach, Baltimore, etc. employees are clueless. Their only solution is to connect to Wi-Fi, which is obvious, but does not fix the problem. Please get someone that knows what they are doing with your network to fix it.

this is the worst sams club i ever shopped at! worst case of racially profiling with the employee here! cheryl was the employee! their items here are bigger portions and prices are no cheaper than walmart or other grocery store. plus we pay a fee to shop here. shouldve not treated with such disrespect!

This is honestly such a ghetto and unorganized Sam's Club. All Walmart's and Sams Clubs across the country now require face masks, and every location I've been to have been good about enforcing that, except this one. There are lots of redneck anti-maskers on the loose in here because they do not enforce the mask requirement. Also, a lot of the employees wear masks below their nose. The employee who helped us checkout was very ghetto and slow. A lot of the merchandise in the store are very damaged. Example: Beat up cardboard boxes, 3 pack missing 1, etc. Overall, I do not recommend this Sams Club but sadly it's the only option in Albany

Online order pickup is terrible. Bought a game system online 4/29 when it was in stock and scheduled a pickup for 5/1. Since they did not pull the unit the day of the purchase, it was sold. Now, I don’t have my merchandise. Good thing I called first or I would have driven 3-1/2 hours unnecessarily.

reduced customer service - one small desk, wilt super long lines and staff have bad attitudes. And your business membership is no longer honored ! I hope we get a Costco soon.
