Online order pickup is terrible. Bought a game system online 4/29 when it was in stock and scheduled a pickup for 5/1. Since they did not pull the unit the day of the purchase, it was sold. Now, I don’t have my merchandise. Good thing I called first or I would have driven 3-1/2 hours unnecessarily.
reduced customer service - one small desk, wilt super long lines and staff have bad attitudes. And your business membership is no longer honored ! I hope we get a Costco soon.
WORST SELECTION OF ITEMS... have asked the manager half a dozen times to get back items that were sold here never gave me an answer if he could do it... Anybody that thinks this is a great store should go to ANOTHER SAMs CLUB & You WILL SEE A DIFFERENCE!!! I WILL SAY VERY NICE EMPLOYEES though!!
