“Knowledgeable sales advocates....far as customer services highly recommend need improvement.... family member worked at this location for some years......store business was very good far as customer services along with clientele was awesome, but since she was relocated to another store including after she passed away I've noticed that majority of regular the regular customers relocated services to other stores just because of the customer service sucks ... no sense of urgency or knowledgeable advocates for the products.... Last but not least majority of the advocates (not all) demeanor was very unpleasant and unwelcoming...”

“Excellent customer service. I was having an issue ordering a new phone for my son online through Cricket. After several hours on the phone with Cricket Customer Service, I decided to deal with my local Cricket retailer directly. I must say Ms. Antonia at the Albany location on Westover Rd was extremely helpful. She placed the order for me and called me when it came in. She not only set up the new phone for us, but she also corrected an issue with my account (that I wasn't even aware of). I have been with Cricket for over 10 years and she is hands down, the best. Thank you so much!! I will only deal with this location in the future. Ms. Antonia deserves a raise !!! Keep up the good work!!!”

“I dropped my phone and my screen went out. I came in to get it fixed and Demeterious had top tier customer service that I have seen in years! I had to wait a hour for repair, which was expected, no complaints there. He also made sure I had a cup of cold water to drink while I wait. What took the cake for me was that my phone was disabled after service and unfortunately my payment method was through my phone. After multiple attempts of trying to figure out what I can do, Demeterious step right on in and help guided me through another way to pay for my service. I’m thankful he did, had he not I would have had to wait another hour just to pay. He went above and beyond the call of service and I’m so appreciative for him! Y’all got a great employee! Make sure nobody kidnaps him! Thanks Dee and Phone Hub! And he also got my FaceID and Audio Back working after months of being out.”
