“I dropped my phone and my screen went out. I came in to get it fixed and Demeterious had top tier customer service that I have seen in years! I had to wait a hour for repair, which was expected, no complaints there. He also made sure I had a cup of cold water to drink while I wait. What took the cake for me was that my phone was disabled after service and unfortunately my payment method was through my phone. After multiple attempts of trying to figure out what I can do, Demeterious step right on in and help guided me through another way to pay for my service. I’m thankful he did, had he not I would have had to wait another hour just to pay. He went above and beyond the call of service and I’m so appreciative for him! Y’all got a great employee! Make sure nobody kidnaps him! Thanks Dee and Phone Hub! And he also got my FaceID and Audio Back working after months of being out.”
