Soooo,.... This morning, I came to Advanced Auto Parts, I must admit mistakenly, thinking it was their archnemesis/rival "AA". I got here at 6:40, seen the open at 7:30 on the store hours sign, and decided to wait because it was something I really needed,.... Windshield wipers (3) for my vehicle (2019 Compact SUV), which I've had for just over 4 years, annnnd of which I've yet to have replaced the wipers on. While waiting, I went to the "enemy" website and started updating and putting in my vehicle specs and researching the information. At a little after 7, a GENTLEMAN (said in CAPS because that's exactly what he was/is, and in today's world that is rare) pulled up in a white truck. He had pulled in right beside me, and hopped right on out, and I was about to tell him (jokingly because he's tall, something I'm not, or something that doesn't require much to be more than me), "Don't look in my car, but they don't open until 7:30." Before I could open my mouth, I seen Advance Auto Parts on his shirt, and me in all of my brilliance just looked at him and said "What are YOU doing here?" He looked at me and said, "I work here." He read the perplexed look on my face as I looked for the signage, and said, "Oh, you thought you were at **fill in the blank**." Followed by, jokingly, "And I was about to ask you what you needed/wanted, go in and get it for you, and bring it out to you." I told him straight-up, that yes, I usually go to **the other ones**, pretty much all my life because I've always found them to be more knowledgeable, caring, and nicer. But I told told him that all I really needed was wipers, and he informed about a "ACP (Advance Care Protection) Program" that when you buy your wipers here (at Advance Auto Parts), as long as you you come back within one year and 90 days, (like ~1.25 years--good for wipers, light bulbs, spark plugs, batteries, rotors) that they will replace them for $2-3 (at least for wipers, and if they don't have the exact replacement, they'll upgrade it to the next higher/superior/better part/option),....

I spent over an hour writing my review, and because of the the way Google review is and doesn't move along when you type, with as much as I've put in PAST this point, thankfully I saved it up to this point, I WILL be back!! To update my already long winded review, that was probably twice as long as this, but I have to keep putting my keyboard down to make sure my grammar and spelling, and words in general, are correct,.... But I'm not going to continue right now because I've already took up a space too long and, frankly, Google review has just TICKED ME OFF by me having to press down for my keyboard to go away just so I can see what was just written, and then accidentally making it a double tap, which took me all the way back to square one, out of the review like I never even tried and of not having ANYTHING AT ALL written.
