“They were having pump issues, but as you would expect from Costco, the repairman showed up while I was pumping! Good job!!Plus, unlike Fla. they have a great amount of pumps!!”
“I placed an order for a case of 1 pound packages of Fritos. The price was really good. The bad part was the order was shipped in the original factory box without any type of cushioning. Upon opening the box I found that 3 bags had burst during shipment and had to be discarded. The other bags feel like they contain more pieces than whole Fritos. I emailed customer service about the issue, but never received a reply.Round Eye Supply sent a replacement order of chips to make up for the problem shipment. My review has been updated to reflect this.”
“We live on the other side of Atlanta, but our daughter hit a curb and blew out 2 of 4 the tires we had put on her car at the BJs close to home just 2 months ago. We took the tires off her car and brought them to the Marietta store to see how much it would be to replace the 2 and if we had to do all 4 since she has a Subaru (AWD). Jesse could see how stressed we were and explained that there was hardly any wear, so we only needed 2 and that it was covered by roadside. He totally could have ripped us off and didn’t. He made a terrible day a little bit better and earned customers for life.”

“I love BJs gas station. There has never been a line when I have pulled up. The hoses are long enough to reach both sides of the vehicles, and the gas is always at least a few cents cheaper than Sam's. The other thing that I love is the quickness of the pumps.You scan rather than insert your membership card, which speeds up the process, the payment card reader verifies quickly, and the pump is ready to go just as fast. Both competing membership clubs almost always have long lines, and the transaction processes at the pumps are slow; with "Please wait," showing up each step of the way.I belong to all 3 of the local membership clubs, but even if I am shopping for particular items at one of the others and need to fill up my gas tank as well, I will bypass the pumps at the other 2 stores and head to BJ's for gas.”
