“This isn't a good burger joint. Pet Supplies Plus is a great supply store! Manager KEVIN provided the best customer service during my recent visit. He was in the back office with the door open while I scanned kitty letter brands. Kevin asked to assist me, and since cat litter was over sized, he problem solved for me and walked me over to the rabbit litter. Kevin also walked me over to cat collars and wet dog food. I have never received such kind service from other pet stores. I want to give a shout out to Edward too. He initiated conversation to make sure I had all I needed and to offer competitive price matching. I just love this place!!!”

“Can’t recommend this place enough!! We bought a beautiful ball python from here yesterday and had the best experience! We didn’t know a single thing about ball pythons but we left feeling very confident in proper care for the little guy. Chad was sooooo helpful and showed us pretty much every option of ball pythons he had to offer. He even got down my kid’s level and explained to them everything about the snake - how to properly care for it, touch it, and hold it so that they could understand as well. That meant so much!! Thank you Chad for making this a fun experience for us and our kids and we love our snake!”
