“What an AWESOME company! They had done the closet systems over 20 years ago in this home we bought 2 years ago. (Even after over 20 years, all 4 closet systems are still in perfect condition and look brand new!). I contacted them because we wanted to add 2 more closet shelves. Lyndsay got back to me immediately and gave me a very reasonable price for the 2 shelves. After a measurement error on MY part, they even cut the new shelves down for me (at no cost!) so I wouldn't have to order the shelves all over again. Such amazing customer service the whole way through on such a very small order--so rare these days! And such great LONG-TERM quality. They deserve 10 stars!!!Service: Closet design”

For only $9.99 you get to use the facilities, towels, shampoos, conditioners, everything provided. It's so much easier to do our siberian husky there and leave her fur everywhere there instead of in our bath ?”

“We went to Lowes this afternoon for a few specific item and were greeted as we entered the garden department by Barbara. She is very cordial, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our time was short so my husband asked her if she knew where to find something that he already knew would probably be on the other side of the store. She advised him of the isle she thought it would on as well as where on that isle he would find it. My husband is a famous man looker so he ended up asking for additional information once he got to the other side of the store. That information was incorrect so he went back to exactly what Barbara had told him and there it was! It is so nice to have reliable associates available. Thank you Barbara!”

“Cat, or Kat went above and beyond with assisting me with my order today. I believe helping me took her past her scheduled work time. So, apparently I am considered a pro with Home Depot and I had no clue. I was informed by Kat that I was a pro and I had perks to retrieve. Long story short, she took care of everything on the phone because I wasn’t there and my contractor was coming to get things for me. She has saved me so much money and future money. “Selected two new wall mounted outdoor light fixtures to complement our rebuilt back deck this week. Lowe's had a great selection of options! The Birchwood farmhouse/industrial style has a 12W integrated LED so no changing out bulbs. We're skeptical but hopeful. It took trial and error to find the right bulb for the Halyard to match the LED color/warmth. Best match for us is the GE Relax LED 'neutral warm white light' (most yellow colored box). It was super easy to return the bulbs we didn't like and repurchase another option. “Soooo today was pretty crazy day and of all days I had to stop by Home Depot. This Home Depot literally down the street from me so of course it's convenient. Anyway, I couldn't make up my mind on a particular item and Cali was there to help. She went over and beyond, literally waited patiently for me to make up my mind. I was so pleased on how clean the store were and also how satisfied I was with my service, I had to speak with the store manager Eric.
