“I was super impressed with the pet wash station accommodations but even more impressed by the exceptional customer service and staff at the store. My doggy was very anxious and hates getting baths. The staff was so kind and patient with us as I tried to keep her calm and navigate getting her to the pet wash. She did amazing and it was all thanks to the staff going above and beyond to make the experience better for her (and me lol). I will only bring my puppy here for spa day from now on. “We went to Lowes this afternoon for a few specific item and were greeted as we entered the garden department by Barbara. She is very cordial, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our time was short so my husband asked her if she knew where to find something that he already knew would probably be on the other side of the store. She advised him of the isle she thought it would on as well as where on that isle he would find it. My husband is a famous man looker so he ended up asking for additional information once he got to the other side of the store. That information was incorrect so he went back to exactly what Barbara had told him and there it was! It is so nice to have reliable associates available. Thank you Barbara!”
