“I have stopped at this location a few times. Most of the times they are busy, but still the wait is not usually too long. Service is always polite and professional, but this location is kind of out of my way. Parking is easily accessible from the street and from the bank building. Still, it serves the purpose of making a payment. Maybe because I do not visit this branch so often I do not know employees by name. So, to me it's just another LGE branch.”

“I wanted to take the time out to give PRAISES to mrs Diana Keller!!!! after going through a literal nightmare over the phone for weeks she was able to help me and solve my problem in 5 min with little to no effort!! All it required was someone who was willing and thank god their are still people who come to work and actually want to help people!! Most people only do reviews when they are upset which I also did on the other location!! So I wanted to also acknowledge how great Diana was to me!! This are the type of people that keep people coming back! These are the kind of people that are great brand representations because of what they represent to the customers patronizing the brand!! I want to also add that I called Diana less than 5 min before closing and she still fixed my issue before 5pm!! I mean kudos to Diana! if I ever decide to establish a relationship with regions again I would personally fly from California just to open my account with her!!”

“Astounding. I didn't deserve the care they gave I was so helpless financially and not in the best of moods, partly due to some previous mishaps and customer service received in Kennesaw. My advice is to give them a chance and they will take care of you. Sometimes it’s hard nowadays to do so with businesses, but this one deserves it, they’ll value your relationship which again is a rarity. They did not have to make some wrongs of other branches right, but they did. Thank you.”
