“EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I needed a last minute U-Haul rental and while other locations were either closed or didn't have the size I needed this location did. This is actually the second time I have rented a U-Haul from this location and once again they proved to be the utmost professional and easiest to deal with. I would say this is now my preferred location in Apopka. The managers, Ken & Mecca, were AMAZING!!! They were friendly, funny, practiced social distance correctly and made my experience renting a U-Haul, which sometimes can be a pain in the butt, smooth and convenient. I highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else!!!”

“Called after work to verify closing times and pricing for propane. I was greeted kindly by nicole who answered all my questions with a smile you can feel through the phone. Soon arriving she greeted me and let me know she will take care of me. nicole was a pleasure to speak to. I left uhual wanting to tip nicole for her kind words and small talk while filling my propane tanks. But they don't accept tips! Maybe a raise with promotion! (:”
“Rented a 2500 truck w/towing to make a move. John the assistant Manager set me up in no time and I was on the road. Was even given the option to return the truck on Sunday instead of paying for an extra day while it sat idle. Retuned on Monday to complete paperwork and this time Barney the Manager got involved. Two very knowledgeable and great guys got me the best deal ever! The truck was top of the line and was perfect for my needs. You need to rent a truck see these guys at Enterprise!”

“Husband and I are 60+. We needed a small trailer for him to move three things. Well, Saturday there weren't any available so Jason directed me to the website so I could reserve one when they returned to stock. The website was easy to use.The low cargo deck made loading unwieldy equipment relatively easy for my husband .Jason also offered a couple of tips for securing the cargo that made the job go very smoothly. He's efficient, knowledgeable and most helpful. We highly recommend the Eustis U-Haul branch .”
