The website was easy to use.The low cargo deck made loading unwieldy equipment relatively easy for my husband .Jason also offered a couple of tips for securing the cargo that made the job go very smoothly. “Had a great experience with Enterprise Truck Rental. Long story short, I had a truck reserved with Enterprise rental (not the truck division) to pull my food truck from Florida back to PA. I called customer service weeks earlier to make sure their trucks had a receiver for my hitch. They said they do(must have thought I was talking about their truck division, which I didn't know they had). When I got there to pick it up, the trucks don't have towing capability and I was told towing wasn't allowed. The person there informed me of their truck division about 10 miles up the road. Went there and was taken care of by the branch manager Bernie Feliciano who was awesome. He said they don't normally offer one way rentals, but given my situation, he made a couple of exceptions to their normal policy and put me in a brand new Chevy diesel 3/4 ton. I wish all customer service was this good! Thanks so much!”
