I've been with Metro since 2011 & been to all stores in Winter Haven/Auburndale area.
This store is BY FAR the best and friendliest customer service in Polk County EVERY TIME!

I don't use the Metro on Central, but the store on Cypress Gardens Blvd. They are really good at fixing problems with phones
