“Finally a good experience with a cricket store! I didn't catch her name, but the manager was amazing. She was helpful, quick, and above all, respectful. Pretty much every other time we've been to cricket it was a bad experience with bad attitudes but she made it so easy. We got a new phone, at a price lower than she originally quoted, in under half an hour. No pressure or attitude.If you've ever had issue with this location I recommend giving it another shot.”

“Located on US 17 in a shopping center with west marina and firehouse subs. The floor space is nicely laid out with phones and devices galore. I had a bit of a wait with the two sales people busy with customers. At no time did someone great me nor let me know they would be with me as soon as they could. Unfortunately I did not accomplish what I was there to do but no fault of the sales people who were pleasant enough once it was my turn.”
