Shakenna was wonderful! She did a great job helping me out! I had to stop by and check on my account. If I was able to get international calls, she helped me so quick and walked me through the process. I would definitely go back for her to help me again!

Son needed to upgrade his phone due it breaking.Dreaded going to the phone store since it usually a hassle.Store agents went WAY above and beyond to help us get him squared away. Were even willing to drive to other T-Mobile stores to get a phone they didn't have in stock!Not only got him a better phone, they helped get me in contact with billing people who could change my service to where the upgrade basically didn't add any extra to my bill.

Blonde chick refused to help me with a trade in iPhone even though all T-Mobile stores are supposed to process them. So rude and making disrespectful remarks. Waste of time and worst experience ever she should be fired.

I am giving 1 star because there is no options for zero. Santiago and the girl there I think Lesslie, know nothing nor care about costumer service. The awful girl told me that she was not going to help me because she didn't do the transaction that I could call 611 if I wanted help. I asked for a manager they both denied the manager, apparently he was on break. When I stated that they can't do anything after trying to make payment, she replied that I don't have to nasty and she kept on going saying some other unpleasant stuff towards me. Since when customer service is allowed to speak that way to customers. You may hire young people because they might be good at technology, but they need training on common sense and respect because they don't have it. Adults know better how to provide good or at least respectful costumer care. Of course they might blame the costumer for their behavior, but is not always the case. They are just there unsupervised and don't care about their job.

Alessandro went above & beyond helping me getting my phone finally activated. I’ve been having issues with my phone accepting SIM cards and with his knowledge & commitment we were able to get my phone working again! Really appreciate it!

Alex and Santiago are amazing! We had an event and they came to help with pre paid plans. They are professional and punctual. Very customer service oriented. Despite changes in the plan, they kept a professional smile and showed courtesy beyond expectations ?.

Awesome customer service. Went there last week and ordered the new iPhone. Was told I could come back and they’d put the screen protector on for me when it came in. Also helped me get a pair of headphones. If you’re in the market for a new phone or phone accessories check them out!

Alessandro is the best bilingual worker I have met. Helped my mother in spanish fluently and then helped me in english fluently.

The representative could not help me get a SIMS card even though T-mobile customer service sent me. I waited a long time to get a, "Sorry. Try the other store." I will not mention names.

I got a new phone, stopped by the store to get an app fixed. I Waited for my turn. The guy doesn't know anything. Santiago doesn't seem a person who cares or wants to help!! Please hire someone who has knowledge or who is willing to help!!

Had a great experience. I went to the store to fix a problem with my phone and this guy named Santiago was very kind and helpful. I will definitely come back.
