“I walked into TMobile on Sunday as my phone was having mechanical issues. I had been paying for insurance on this phone for many years, so I wasn't looking for an upgrade. I was looking more to just get a replacement phone. I sat down and waited to be addressed, which took a few minutes, but they were busy so I was okay with scrolling instagram in the meantime. I was greeted by John. John was super nice, down to earth, but also knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. He apologized for the wait and went above and beyond to help me. He was patient, kind, and took matters into his own hands when dealing with customer service on the phone. Highly recommend this location and thanks, John, for an awesome experience!”

“I stopped here to get my prepaid label to return my trade in phone. Store manager Gina (beautiful woman with beautiful eyeglasses) greeted me right away (hint to other T-Mobile stores…) and she referred me to Foster. Foster took care of the paperwork and I was actually able to return the phone at the actual store. I asked about some recommendations on screen protectors and Foster informed me about lifetime replacement of them if you have their phone insurance. Gina even chimed in suggesting it is totally worth it since screen protectors get cracked and scratched all the time. Their insurance also includes Apple Care so it was a no brainer.I was happy with the costumer service I received from Gina and Foster. The vibe of the store is very inviting and organized. I will definitely come back if I ever need assistance or any help. Thank you guys!”

“Damaged my phone beyond repair. I called to see if I was due for an upgrade, not only did I need the new one but I hated the system the broken phone had. The woman on the phone was very thorough. She explained I could get a replacement shipped to me the next day, but it would push my upgrade date back 6mths. But if I could wait the 5 days until the upgrade, I would be good to go. I waited the few days to get the upgrade and was in and out of the store within an hour.”

“As part of the T-Mobile family, I feel this store has the tenacity, contemporary, and astounding customer service you won't see in many establishments today!The sales representatives aren't after your wallets & paychecks to bleed you off all your income to spoil yourself with gratuitous needless things, they help understand the consumer and build a rapport so that they can direct you in the technological modern world we live in today.I can't tell you how many things I've learned about such as wireless charging, warrantied items that cost a pretty penny but not even knowing you can replace them for a fraction for the cost as long as you still have the device, and durable speakers that can merely be thrown into the pool!And don't get me started on the technicians, these "tech gurus" are outstanding at explaining the FULL functionality of my device, while also making sure to transfer all my data to the new phone of MY choosing.Going into the T-Mobile Corporate West Colonial store has been nothing but a blessing, they assist me with everything I need and more, and I wouldn't go to any other T-Mobile store in the greater Central Florida area.- Thank you West Colonial ?”
