“I had called ahead to make sure the sway bars would arrive when I got there. Someone was already waiting in the very accommodating waiting room when I got there. I had expected to wait awhile since that was my previous experience with most car repair shops. Only twenty minutes later and I was out the door. After being turned down by 2 previous shops, the guys working here were kind enough to squeeze us into their incredibly busy schedules. “The fan in my F-150 Lariat was "roaring" on high, switching on and off every 10 seconds or so. Glenn said, "sounds like the relay switch between the high and low fan speed." He said that he could look at it Friday. I dropped the truck off the Thursday afternoon as he stated shop opens at 8:00 am. Glenn called at 11:40 Friday morning. He stated it was the fan relay and all work was completed as well as adding some freon. I can't say enough about the work expediency, not to mention him knowing what the problem was just by my simple explanation. Price was reasonable and all the employees are friendly.Oh, and I was told by another mechanic the fan was running on high due the temperatures outside......WRONGGlenn has got my business in the future!Services: Electrical repair”

“I had a nail in my tire and went to the store that sold me the tires. I was told I would have to leave the car for the entire day, which did not suit me. Took it to three other shops and had similar experiences with all of them. Then I went to Mavis. Unfortunately, they were very busy, but the assistant manager, Jordan, told me if I came back in an hour, he would make sure I was taken care of. Sure enough, when I returned, Jordan took my car in and had the tire fixed within half an hour. Friendly, professional staff. Would definitely use them again! Highly recommend!”

Came here after the dealership I bought the car from said the oil change would be free, turns out it wasn’t, and they wanted me to pay an absurd amount. The man I spoke on the phone with and who greeted me when I walked in (didn’t get his name, sorry) was very friendly, knowledgeable, and wasn’t the type just trying to make a quick buck. “My favorite tire shop by far. It is more expensive than other shops around, but they are far more reliable. I had gone to Discount Tires down the street and had a TERRIBLE experience. However, this shop is very clean and they have tasteful music playing throughout the shop. The gentleman that I believe owns the place was professional as were his employees. The mechanic who was fixing my tire showed so much personality, I wish I caught his name. The mechanics all just seem to be taken care of and having a pretty good time ... AT WORK. It's rare you come across a car shop with such an uplifting vibe. The job was done phenomenally and quick. When I went inside to pay, I noticed they offer drinks for sale and have plenty of seating for guests to wait in the air conditioned, fairly spacious room. I will be back here 100%, this is probably my new forever mechanic. Keep it up!”

“I’ve been coming here for oil changes for years and it’s always in and out quick. I’ve never had any issues. I had somewhat recently brought my car to my mechanic to have other stuff done so I figured I may as well get an oil change too while I’m there. After two days of them having my car and wrong parts ordered I did notice my oil gauge was only at 44% when I got it back but it was such an ordeal at the mechanics I didn’t want to be bothered going back. I figured it would just be easier to come back here for an oil change again in a few months instead. So I went in today cause my oil gauge showed 15% but in actuality it was full and the oil was good, apparently at my mechanics they just forgot to reset the oil gauge. So they told me after filling my air with tires, filling the windshield wiper fluid and cleaning my battery, at no charge, that I didn’t need an oil change. I really appreciated the honesty because they easily could have just done it and charged me. I feel like in today’s world where people aren’t always honorable or honest it deserved me taking the time to give a good review.Service: Oil change”
