“I had a nail in my tire and went to the store that sold me the tires. I was told I would have to leave the car for the entire day, which did not suit me. Took it to three other shops and had similar experiences with all of them. Then I went to Mavis. Unfortunately, they were very busy, but the assistant manager, Jordan, told me if I came back in an hour, he would make sure I was taken care of. Sure enough, when I returned, Jordan took my car in and had the tire fixed within half an hour. Friendly, professional staff. Would definitely use them again! Highly recommend!”

We called Tire Hut and Jerry immediately sourced a suitable run flat tire that fit my car. He was fast and efficient and his price was excellent. Came here after the dealership I bought the car from said the oil change would be free, turns out it wasn’t, and they wanted me to pay an absurd amount. The man I spoke on the phone with and who greeted me when I walked in (didn’t get his name, sorry) was very friendly, knowledgeable, and wasn’t the type just trying to make a quick buck. He educated me about matters regarding my car which I really appreciated. Service was also very fast and efficient. Everything was good until I went to pay and the cashier could not accept the Yelp coupon for $35 off. She gave me $30 off instead. I hate it when businesses do that; but they did fix my car.
