Wait times are horrible… with 3 tellers on site the day of service.

In this visit to the branch My wife and I were in a rush because my wife need it to open an account and we couldn’t wait for an appointment we explain this to Mr Josue and he went over and beyond to help us right there even with the tight schedule in what the branch was.
