Not impressed. Wells Fargo is struggling to return to in person service. Very location dependent. Some want you to make appointments in advance.... Sometimes days or weeks in advance for something as simple as a notary.... This location wasn't answering their phones because they were "too busy"...

I had to notarize a document and went to the Wells Fargo Silver Lakes Branch. The process was extremely organized and very quick.COVID -19 restrictions are in place and everything was very efficient. Ms Nicole Veliz was very helpful and friendly. It was a great experience.

Super friendly staff and fast service. I stopped in really quick to ask a few questions and out rolled the red carpet. The banker I spoke with instantly took care of me. Even though I was asking for everything to be fone for Monday she wss happy to help. I hope that I can visit this location again soon.
