Here right now for over 20 minutes waiting line at drive thru. Three cars here and I’m second in line, not even a good morning we’ll be right with you. Nothing going in a the girls inside are walking around like in slow motion Terrible

I don't have a Wells Fargo account mainly bc of the terrible customer service. Today was no different. I was sent by the business I work for to make a deposit and get change. She was annoyed when I asked her to double count the money for me before I wrote it on the deposit slip. She miscounted it twice and I bet her till is over 1 dollar. She refused to give me change because I didn't want to update my personal information on my NONexsistent account. Got approval from the manager to give me change, but then said she could only give me 20 in ones. I know how it works, She didn't want to have to do anything about her till change to assist me. I simply asked for it back and that I would go to a real bank. I'm upset the other location that has normal and nice human beings is closing. Based on the series of 1 star reviews it doesn't seem like the branch cares. At. All.

The lady in charge of business services was very despotic with me in front of clients. If an employee sees that the client cannot communicate, you should try in an ethical and professional way of communicating with him. She left a bad image of customer service at the bank. However, Paulo Alfonso was very kind and helpful.

I went to the branch to open an account on 5/20/23 for my 2 kids. I was told I need appointment to do that. Fair enough. I had the teller schedule me an appointment for 5/22/23 to open accounts for both my kids. She set me up for 4 pm on 5/22. I walk into the bank on 5/22 and Luz, the lady who came to assist me said that my appointment was only to discuss stuff and not to open an account and it was only one appointment and to open 2 accounts I will need 2 appointment.What has happened to the WF bank? So unprofessional, so rude. I took time off from work to be at the bank to do business and the lady (Luz) seemed to be least bothered about it. I ended up going back. I have had 2 mortgages and 2 accounts with WF for a long long time and this is what I get... A rude employee with zero people's skills. No wonder WF bank has gone down so much. You don't take care of the customers, there are other banks that will.

They have the worst customer service. From waiting for a teller, in the drive thru or a mortgage representative. The waiting is not the issue (the main one at least), it’s the lack of communication and attitude.

I came to Wells Fargo to notarize a document. I arrived at 4:15 PM and waited in the line. No one acknowledged my presence until 4:55PM. At 4:55 PM another customer came in and went straight to the banker. When I approached the banker, she said that she is leaving in 5 min and she not going to help me. Then I asked for the manager on duty. A lady showed up behind a tailer glass and asked for a couple minutes. Then, another banker, Oshane James, came to me and said that they do not have a public notary at the moment. Oshane James didn't know that I use to come to that branch for years and know exactly who the public notary is, even by name.This is the perfect example how Wells Fargo value customers. They didn't care for customer, and made customer wait until the end of the work day. Instead of helping a customer out with his needs they decided to LIE and KICK A CUSTOMER OUT.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LIERS, ESPECIALLY DO NOT TRUST THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

Not impressed. Wells Fargo is struggling to return to in person service. Very location dependent. Some want you to make appointments in advance.... Sometimes days or weeks in advance for something as simple as a notary.... This location wasn't answering their phones because they were "too busy"...

Over a month ago my wife and I went in to get her name changed on our Wells Fargo Propel Amex. The manager assisted us and we handed him the completed name change document Wells Fargo mailed us, yes mailed because they don’t email, and he said he’d “take care of it.” Fast forward a month later and we haven’t received the updated card. I call Wells Fargo Propel only to be informed no document was ever sent/received. Now we have to wait until the new form is received by mail and of course you can’t get in touch with anyone when you call the branch. What a mess and the reviews speak for themselves. And this is the service provided by management!

Just went to the bank to open an account with my son (1:30pm). Was told that they have no more spaces to open an account . We were the only people in the bank except for 3 people sitting with a banker. Shocking. The 2.2 stars rating is not justified . Way too high. Should be a 1 star. Going to chase.

I had to notarize a document and went to the Wells Fargo Silver Lakes Branch. The process was extremely organized and very quick.COVID -19 restrictions are in place and everything was very efficient. Ms Nicole Veliz was very helpful and friendly. It was a great experience.

Long wait. 7 or 8 Offices, only 2 staffed. Took 45 and a full waiting room for someone to come out and “sign people inâ€. Might as well be an ATM only location.
