I am in often for work and have always seen a smile on their faces even when they are visibly busy. Even with a line in my experience, the wait is never more than 5 mins, even during the holidays. This particular location really spoils their clients with their delightful customer service and willingness to help. Recently, I returned a box that was just a bit too big for me to move alone, no problem at all for them! They helped me get the box out of my car and carried it inside!
