“My wife and I had a huge challenge to get some printing done quickly. Honestly we didn’t know the equipment that well, though I had been a customer at this location for numerous years . Every time I need help most of the staff at this location are very helpful, but one individual stood out head and shoulders above all others today!!!!His name was “Phillip”, I believe he is the “Assistant Manager”, he was incredible helping us accomplish our goals, he was very customer service oriented, but was also very organized, professional and courteous! “Happy to post a 5 star review for this location and their employees. My wife accidentally left her wallet behind after making some copies. She didn’t realize until the next day that she didn’t have it. After retracing her steps she realized that it may be in the store. When she called, Peter identified that he had the wallet in safe keeping. He went on to say how he had diligently tried to get a message to her that the wallet was there. Thank you, Peter, for you kindness and efforts to return the wallet. The world is a much brighter place with people like you! He is a credit to your establishment and an asset to the company.”

The owner Kris helped us get everything done in a very efficient and friendly manner. From getting everything notarized to photocopies made and then getting everything overnighted to the west coast, it was easy and fast. “Excellent, fast service with Amazon returns. I read the other review about someone who had a bad experience with an Amazon return and apparently just that one UPS employee really needed retraining. I have only had good experiences here. Everyone has been very helpful in my experience. But I’ll be cautious about Amazon returns after reading that one review about that employee who clearly didn’t know how to handle the situation. If you read the Amazon instructions, you’re not supposed to repackage the item. You’re supposed to let the UPS employee handle that. If it came in a bag, you can use the same bag, but you repackage it. But a little bit of customer service skill would have gone a long way with that situation, and telling them it would be $10 for tape is ridiculous. I have only had excellent experiences at this location. But honestly, now I’m a little concerned. Good customer service is extremely hard to find these days.”

“The Postal Annex is the perfect neighborhood shipping establishment. They offer a variety of Logistical/Business Administration services. I've ship item.... returned the item to the vendor as well as had the document scanned and notarized. The customer service is outstanding 365, no matter what kind of day you may be having they will always greet you with a smile. The three shipping companies last pick up for my business is 330pm. I can always count on the Postal Annex for my late 445 shipment...great job keep up the good work”
