“We needed to send a "care" package up to a family member In Mass., we usually use the USPS for these kinds of shipping, but thought we could save a few bucks sending it FedEx, and also faster.We did save some $$$ and it sure did get there faster than the US Post office can deliver, BTW what the heck has happened to the Post office?? Their service is beyond disturbing as of late.The young lady who waited on us was not very pleasant at all, but got the job done. We're paying for fast delivery not a bubbly personality.”
