I have quite a few Amazon returns that were to be returned through a UPS Stores. Unfortunately, I had mistakenly selected Whole Foods Store on one of my returns. Lucky for me, I was fortunate enough to have Maeva helping me with the returns. “Had to replace a printer and went to Office Depot first since they were closer. I had just replaced the $150 ink cartridges before I realized the printer was no good. OD would sell me a printer but I was SOL on getting a credit on the cartridges. I went to my old Staples and Tonya said they would not only give a credit for the cartridges but would match the price on the printer. I even got a Rewards credit for recycling my old printer. This is why etail only will not replace brick and mortar, true customer service.”
