This was my first visit to Family EyeCare and everything was great. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The eye exam by Dr Mertzlufft was very thorough answering all of my questions. It’s nice to have people you can trust.
Kelly Chambers, O.D. received her BS in visual sciences and Doctor of Optometry from Salus University. She received her undergraduate degree in biological sciences from the University of Delaware. She then went on to do a year of small RNA research. Dr. Chambers did externship rotations at the Baltimore VA Hospital, Mercy Hospital and Katzen Eye Group, all in Maryland, where she focused on treating glaucoma and ocular disease. She specialized in low vision at Salus University. Dr. Chambers enjoys spending time with her family and watching the Phillies. She and her husband just welcomed their first child in August. They are the proud new parents of a baby boy.
