“Edit to add: A few days after my previous review, I went in to buy a wheelchair for my wife. Again, there was excellent customer service. Haley showed me how to work the wheelchair features and attachments. She, and the other gentleman working, were both friendly and helpful. They deserve my highest recommendations.-Original review:I needed a "Walker Platform Armrest Attachment" for my wife, who recently broke her wrist and kneecap in a fall. I needed it in a hurry, to attach to a walker we already had.I called Helios Medical Equipment. The woman who answered knew exactly what I needed and agreed to help install it.I drove there, and while I was getting out of the car with the walker, she already knew who I was and brought the part out from behind the counter. She installed it and adjusted it based on her height, which is the same as my wife's. She showed me how to adjust it, if necessary. It works well, does the job.This was excellent customer service to a stressed and anxious husband. Kudos. This is a very good store for medical equipment.To the young woman who helped me: thank you.”

“I recently needed to buy two scrub tops and pants for my job and was in a rush because I needed them the next day. I called one day 30 minutes before closing and Cara and Jane offered to help me by purchasing the items over the phone because they had to close in 20 mins but I told them that I would come by the next day. I then called the following day 1 hour before they closed because that’s when I got out of work and asked them to put two sizes on hold for me to try on. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and Cara and Jane were nothing but the sweetest and most understanding. The helped me pick the best fit and I am beyond happy with their beyond remarkable customer service. I have worked retail jobs for 3 plus years, and I can confidently say that these ladies are the best of the best and deserve a raise 1000%. “As a disabled service connected veteran I would recommend this little gem of a pharmacy and medical supply store. I needed tubing for oxygen and they made sure they had the item stock as they didn't want me to drive down to their store for nothing. It looks to be family owned and operated and is located in the same strip mall as Michael's right off Bearrs. I know I'll go back to them before heading to a big chain pharmacy.”

Butterfly was able to call my normal pharmacy back home, transfer the script, order the medicine, make sure insurance accepted it, and have it delivered to my hotel (no extra charge!)!!!!!!!”
