“I had an emergency … my Driver Nitro walker buckled (my fault) … I can’t get around without it … I called Affinity, where I had bought it a few years ago, to ask if they could get it fixed for me. Matt was very helpful … said to come in because they would have to look at it and mentioned a loaner. He took my name and phone number and since he left before I could get there, he made sure others were aware of my issue. When I arrived, Tyler wound up helping me. He came out to my car and unloaded my walker … saw the problem and said that he would check if they had the replacement parts to fix my walker. He mentioned the cost to fix it. Then he took it inside and immediately fixed it and got me a discount since I had bought my walker from them. Tyler was so polite, helpful and just plain awesome!!!! Thank everyone at Affinity for always treating me so wonderfully!!! Their products are top notch and fair priced and I highly recommend Affinity for your medical equipment requirements … I had also bought a few additional items from them over the past few years.”

“I cannot recommend this company enough! After Hurricane Ian, my parents needed to be evacuated from their home in Venice to the nearest hotel, which was in St, Pete Beach. My sister and I were in a panic to figure out how to help them, because we were out of state. They were in need of a recliner for my father, who is mostly wheelchair bound, can’t lay down straight, so he has to sleep in a recliner. By the time we knew they needed evacuated due to rising flood waters, it was almost closing time. We tried one other location first in the St, Pete area, but were told it was close to 5pm on Friday evening and they wouldn’t do anything until Monday. Accord was my next call, and I wish I’d called them first! They were so kind and empathetic…they called their driver who agreed to deliver it that night after hours and it was a true lifesaver for my parents. The care they took in helping us will never be forgotten. This is the kind of company I would want to work with for all my parents’ needs. Thank you so much to all the staff at Accord for being so caring during a really tough time!”

“We had a ramp installed through the Medicaid waiver back in December/January, can't remember when and it was not right. It was actually dangerous for my son. Mark came out and even commented that he didn't know why that was installed and yes, it was not right. He said that for our particular situation, we needed a concrete ramp!!! That is exactly what I wanted to begin with. Well. This past Saturday he had one of his concrete vendors come out and do the ramp. OMG!!!!! I went outside to make sure that we were on the same page as to what was going to be done. Not only did this man confirm but he went on to explain what he would have to do in order to meet ADA requirements for ramps. I was not only impressed but thankful. He and his crew of 2 men were awesome and I would hire them to do work in my house again!!!!!! Thank you Mark for sending these angels to my house to do the work that was needed.”

“Darlene and Cassandra too have both gone out of their way to help me with concerns about my mask fit and machine operation.Very knowledgeable about what needs to be replaced and what needs to be changed in how I take breaks and all questions about filters and exactly what my insurance covers and does not cover.The support lines are open and available and the office in Largo Fl Starkey Rd have accommodated my appointment times.They have helped me adjust and keep positive in my therapy even though I am a new adjusting patient.Looks like I will make it and continue and feel the excellent healthy results soon. Her personality is outstanding, and she really cut my time and trying to decide which styles, etc. She is a professional and you can tell she knows what she’s doing and she’s been at this for a while, and scrubs and stuff is very fortunate to have her as an employee.
